Product Overview

The ES816 is a 12-cylinder variable frequency drive diesel injection pump test bench designed for workshops that service inline pumps (types I, II, III, A, B, P, Z) and VE / VP37 / VP44 distributor pumps, as well as RED4 electronically controlled inline pumps. Built on the proven BC3000 and EPS816 series platform with a high-performance low-noise inverter and Bosch advanced techniques, the ES816 delivers wide range of adjustment speed, stable speed, large torque output and easy operation.

New Feature: Built-in Flow Sensor for Precise Injection Measurement

The ES816 introduces a built-in flow sensor that quantifies injector and pump injection volume digitally during testing, providing more precise readings than standard mechanical pump benches that rely only on graduated cylinders. The flow sensor delivers real-time digital flow data for each cylinder, complementing the visual spray volume measurement from the graduated cylinder for a complete quantitative and qualitative assessment. This dual approach gives workshops the accuracy needed for modern inline and distributor pump servicing.

YH-770 Multifunction Control Instrument

The YH-770 controller uses advanced single-chip microcomputer control technology with adaptive function that can adapt to different gear positions of different oil pump test rigs. Anti-jamming technology keeps the controller working stably and reliably and compatible with any brand of inverter. The control panel accepts speed setting storage for ten preset positions, digital direct switching between gear positions, plus fine-tuning buttons for each gear during operation.

Operating Environment

  • Power cord: 3-phase 5-wire 380V with reliable grounding
  • Independent dedicated socket required
  • Use voltage regulator if supply voltage is unstable
  • Regularly check AC power cord condition and plug cleanliness
  • Stop immediately if controller shows abnormal sound, smell or excessive heat

Safety Precautions

  • Operator must follow oil pump repair industry and diesel electronic control system maintenance safety rules
  • Do not splash corrosive liquids into LCD screen, test bench interior or electrical connections
  • Do not touch precision electronic instruments inside the test bench
  • Tighten screws when using wiring harness and plug to prevent connection failure
  • Never run main power switch without fuel in tank (heater dry-burn protection)
  • Test bench pressure reaches 2000 bar when testing common rail injectors - safety door must be closed

ES816 vs Other BEACON Mechanical Pump Test Benches

The ES816 complements the 12PSB, BC3000, BCS619, BC4000 and MINI12PSB series as the flow sensor equipped model. While the other models use graduated cylinders alone for spray measurement, the ES816 adds a digital flow sensor for injector and pump precise injection volume data.
