The HEUI-FS is a dedicated Caterpillar HEUI (Hydraulically actuated Electronically controlled Unit Injector) test bench designed for diesel injection workshops that specialize in Caterpillar engines. This compact bench simulates the working conditions of the diesel engine ECU and provides control signals for CAT C7, C9, 3126B and 3116 HEUI injectors, allowing maintenance technicians to evaluate and restore HEUI injectors to factory specifications.

How HEUI-FS Tests Caterpillar HEUI Injectors

The HEUI-FS test bench imitates the diesel engine ECU by providing the correct drive signal parameters for HEUI injectors. Users can set and save drive signal parameters according to actual operating conditions, allowing maintenance technicians to judge and restore the working status of the high-pressure common rail HEUI system. The graduated cylinder collects the physical fuel spray for visual confirmation while the flow sensor records the precise injected quantity.
