
The YYW-300S Universal Joint Dynamic Balancing Machine is a hard bearing dynamic balancing machine designed for workshop precision balancing of rotors weighing 10 to 300 kg. Built strictly according to GB/T 4201-2006 standard by BEACON MACHINE, this unit uses roller bearing universal joint drive and features a 19 inch LCD screen with industrial control computer processing data.
Compatible with single-plane, double-plane, and multi-faceted interface measurements. Suitable for large shafts, plates, and rotors with center of gravity overhung. Widely used in paper making machines, textile machines, agricultural machine, electric motors, and blower fans.

The YYW-300S serves multiple industries for precision rotor balancing. Primary applications include paper making machine rollers and printing cylinders, textile machine spindles and rollers, agricultural equipment driveshafts and rotors, electric motor rotors and armatures, and blower fan impellers.
Also suitable for pump impellers, large motor rotors, gearbox components, and any rotating parts from 10 to 300 kg with diameter up to 1200 mm and length up to 1800 mm. The machining bed dimension 3000 mm with two T-slot grooves allows flexible fixture positioning.

Standard operating workflow: 1) Mount rotor between bearing frames on the universal joint. 2) Adjust swing frame positions along the 3000 mm lathe bed. 3) Connect piezoelectric sensor assemblies to elastic beam measuring positions. 4) Start 5.5 kW motor via Shenzhen IVNT frequency converter for stepless speed regulation. 5) Drive rotor to working speed 200-1500 r/min. 6) Measure initial unbalance on 19 inch LCD display. 7) Calculate required correction weight and angle. 8) Apply correction (drill or add weight). 9) Re-measure to verify residual unbalance ≤1 gmm/kg achieved.
Equipment configuration includes lathe bed 3000 mm, two standard bearing frames made from QT450 cast iron with cantilever roller bearing and adjustable clamp safety frame, universal joint driven part with safety cover, reference signal sensor, LENOVO anti-interference keyboard and mouse, strong current system with domestic famous brand low-voltage components, and a complete set of foundation bolts and leveling tools.
