
The LC830A Portable Field Dynamic Balancer is a professional handheld vibration analyzer designed for on-site rotor balancing of rotating machinery. The LC830A supports multiple measurement modes covering the full workflow of field dynamic balancing: initial vibration measurement, trial weight input and test, balancing weight calculation, residual vibration verification, and data storage management.
Technical capabilities include single plane balancing (suitable for rotor diameter D >= 5L regardless of speed), double plane balancing (for D <= L at working speed > 1000 r/min), vibration spectrum FFT analysis for fault diagnosis, and vector decomposition for complex imbalance patterns. Photoelectric speed sensor with reflective tape provides phase reference.

Standard on-site operating procedure: 1) Mount vibration sensors on bearing housings with magnetic bases. 2) Apply reflective tape to rotor shaft. 3) Connect all cables. 4) Power on, select balancing mode. 5) Measure initial vibration. 6) Add trial weight. 7) Measure trial vibration. 8) Calculate correction weight and angle. 9) Apply correction. 10) Verify residual vibration. No machine disassembly required throughout the entire process.
