The F300 is the combined tester of the three F series units and it is the one to choose when a workshop has to deal with every injector technology in one place. It carries a solenoid drive channel and a piezo drive channel at the same time, so an electromagnetic coil injector and a piezoelectric crystal injector can both be driven from the same bench without changing the machine. Around those two drive channels it adds the electrical measurements that decide the condition of the individual parts, and it reaches the high pressure side of the system as well. The unit is 24 x 20 x 16 cm and weighs 3 kg, with a colour display and MODE plus START/STOP controls on the front panel, and the insulation, piezo and coil sockets separated on the rear panel so the technician connects the right channel without reading the manual.
1. Solenoid pulse drive - generates the electromagnetic pulse that lifts the injector armature.
2. Piezo pulse drive - generates the high voltage charge and discharge pulse that opens a piezo injector valve.
3. Intelligent automatic test for solenoid injectors - runs the measurement sequence automatically once the injector is connected.
4. Arbitrarily modifiable drive waveform - the drive shape is adjustable for the injector type under test.
5. Multi-condition debugging - the injector is walked through idling, mid load and full load points in one session.
6. Resistance, capacitance, inductance and insulation test - the four electrical parameters of coil and piezo injectors are read on the unit.
7. Solenoid AHE lift - AHE armature lift measurement reads the mechanical stroke of a coil injector.
8. Piezo opening voltage - reads the voltage at which the piezo crystal starts to open the valve.
9. Metering valve and DRV valve current and resistance - the metering valve and the DRV proportional pressure regulating valve are measured for current and resistance.
10. Hydraulic buffer valve - the hydraulic buffer valve of the high pressure oil circuit can be tested with the same instrument.
11. Free switching between Chinese and English - the interface language is changed directly on the unit.
Most injector testers stop at the injector. The F300 also reaches the parts that decide whether the rail pressure holds steady: the metering valve that meters fuel to the injector, the DRV proportional pressure regulating valve that controls rail pressure, and the hydraulic buffer valve in the high pressure oil circuit. Measuring current and resistance on the metering valve and the DRV valve is what tells a technician whether a pressure problem comes from the valve or from the injector, and testing the buffer valve covers the hydraulic damping that keeps pressure stable under load. These are the same valves that appear on the Bosch CP1, CP3, CP4 and DRV regulating arrangements used across common rail systems, so the F300 replaces a bench full of separate valve testers.
The F300 covers electromagnetic solenoid common rail injectors and piezoelectric common rail injectors from Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens/VDO, Continental, Caterpillar and Cummins, including the service part numbers that run through the workshop every day: Bosch 0445116018 and 0445120288, Denso 094000-0342 and 095000-7950, and Delphi 28353991. On the heavy duty side it also reaches the hydraulically actuated unit injectors, where the metering valve, the DRV valve and the buffer valve are the parts that decide the behaviour of the injection. In vehicle terms the coverage spans the common rail systems fitted to Toyota Hilux 1KD and 2KD, Isuzu 4JJ1 and 4HK1, Dongfeng Tianlong, FAW J6P, Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 and Volvo common rail models, together with the heavy truck and bus platforms that run hydraulically actuated unit injectors.
The F300 is the electrical drive, valve test and measurement unit of the test chain. For a complete injector function check it is connected to a common rail pressure source such as a CRad or a high pressure common rail test bench; the F300 then drives the injector, reads the electrical condition of the coil or the piezo stack, and checks the current and resistance of the metering valve and the DRV valve. For valve focused work it is connected directly to the valve and the relevant harness, without the injector being mounted at all. Used on its own it still returns the injector condition - resistance, capacitance, inductance, insulation, AHE lift and piezo opening voltage - plus the valve readings that decide whether the part goes back into service.
Diesel injector repair and overhaul workshops - injector and valve remanufacturing lines - common rail fuel system service stations - heavy truck and bus maintenance depots - hydraulically actuated unit injector service points - mobile repair service vehicles - agricultural, construction and generator set service units - vocational training workshops on diesel fuel injection systems.
The F300 covers solenoid and piezo common rail injectors plus the metering, DRV and buffer valves. Full spray quantity measurement, injector coding and the complete injector overhaul process still need a full common rail test bench with a measuring cylinder. HEUI and EUI unit injectors need their own hydraulic actuation fixtures and a dedicated unit injector bench for the complete procedure, although the valve level checks of the F300 are the part that helps on those units. Mechanical injectors and nozzles need a mechanical injector tester.

1. One tester covers both injector technologies: separate solenoid and piezo drive channels let the same bench handle high speed electromagnetic coil injectors and piezoelectric crystal injectors without swapping the unit, and the rear panel keeps the insulation, piezo and coil sockets physically apart so the correct channel is obvious when the injector is connected.
2. The high pressure side is covered as well: current and resistance of the metering valve and of the DRV proportional pressure regulating valve are measured on the unit, so the rail pressure control chain is checked without pulling the pump into a separate bench.
3. The hydraulic buffer valve of the high pressure oil circuit can be tested with the same instrument, which is the part that decides how stable the rail pressure stays under load.
4. Eleven test functions in one compact case: solenoid pulse drive, piezo pulse drive, intelligent automatic test for solenoid injectors, arbitrarily modifiable drive waveform, multi-condition debugging, resistance capacitance inductance and insulation test, solenoid AHE lift, piezo opening voltage, metering valve and DRV valve current and resistance, hydraulic buffer valve, and free Chinese English switching.
5. Multi-condition debugging lets a technician work through idling, mid load and full load points on one injector instead of testing a single fixed condition, and the automatic solenoid test sequence removes the need to set every parameter by hand.
6. Still only 24 x 20 x 16 cm and 3 kg, with a colour display, MODE and START/STOP controls plus the full set of brand adapter harnesses, crocodile clips and the sensor cable kit, so the same tester can be moved between the bench, the truck yard and a service van.
