BC-680 4000KGS Rotary Head Chassis Noise Detector

The BC-680 Rotary-Head Chassis Noise Detector is a professional automotive diagnostic tool that simulates real road vibrations to pinpoint chassis noise sources on passenger vehicles and light trucks — without taking the car on a road test.

Two main rocking machines work in tandem to oscillate the vehicle body fore-and-aft at adjustable amplitude (0–20mm) and frequency (0–200 cycles/min), reproducing the exact kind of body flex and creak that customers complain about over bumps. The integrated control panel lets the technician switch between manual and automatic modes for fast, repeatable diagnosis.
